Would you like a career in the TV industry but don't know where to start? Then this course is exactly what you need.
Century Film school presents "An introduction to TV programme making 2009". The course provides hands-on, step by step training, showing you the complete production process when making a broadcast TV programme. The students form a production team similar to production companies in the TV industry and they are guided through process by the people in know. We have a real client who supplies us with a brief for the video they want made and at the end of the five month course we have to deliver a video that meets their expectations. In this exciting course you will have the opportunity to try you hand on all aspects of production such as producing, directing, storyboarding, scriptwriting, camera operation, acting and many more. You will also be exposed to elements of post production such as video editing and audio final mix. Once the course has been completed you will receive an evaluation, certificate and a dvd copy of the video you have produced. This part-time course is five months long and classes are held on Saturday mornings only. If you are interested book your space now as only the first 10 students will be accepted. The course welcomes Grade 11 & 12 pupils as well as over 18's.
