Bovril launches brand extension

Bovril is bringing the flavour of its beef spread to the dinner table with the launch of its new brand extensions: Bovril Gravy Powder and Bovril Instant Gravy.

With the introduction of these new products, Bovril has identified an opportunity to leverage the brand into the gravy market.

Whether it's for a roast, casserole or stew, the gravies can be used as a flavour enhancer or base ingredient for dishes. For gravy on the side, the powders can be added to pan juices on the stove or be made instantly just by adding boiling water. Both gravies are good news for health-conscious cooks as they are fat free with no added MSG. These products are also manufactured under stringent quality and food safety controls.

Bovril Gravy Powder comes in a case configuration of 8 x 6 100g or 8 x 6 220g and the Instant Gravies are available in 4 x 6 250g.

Pack sizes are available in 100g (R5.50) and 220g (R8.99) packs and Instant Gravy in a 250g (R17.99) pack. These can be found in the gravy and sauce aisle of supermarkets countrywide.
