The aim of ‘GLORIA' is to help us continuously put our expert coffee knowledge into action. For our guests coffee experience in store to be enhanced, we endlessly strive to raise the level of our professionalism by ensuring everyone within the organisation is on-par with our world class accredited training programme, endorsed by the William Angliss Institute of TAFE (WAIT). ‘GLORIA' provides for one central point of communication and learning, which also assists us at a support level to reduce the time spent on theory training with our team, leaving more time to focus on our practical skills development.”
The internet training modules are available in English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa and Zulu.
