Relaunch of I&J Steam Fresh hake range

Each Steam Fresh pack now contains four hake fillet portions in marinades. Deboned, skinless, high in protein, low in fat and with no artificial additives, I&J Steam Fresh is also a source of Omega-3 which promotes good health and wellbeing.

The Steam Fresh hake fillet portions are packed in an especially developed steam-cooking pouch for use in the microwave. Cooked in less than six minutes, the steam-cooking method brings out the natural delicate flavour of the hake, while retaining its flaky texture and succulence, sealing in all the goodness and taste.

I&J Steam Fresh is available in three flavours: Lemon & Herb; Sweet Chilli & Coriander and the new Soy, Orange & Ginger (which replaces the Roasted Garlic & Chives variant).

The full Steam Fresh Fillet range is now also Weigh-Less approved.

The new variant is already in stores and the revamped four-portion packs of the other two will filter through to the trade over the next few weeks.
