New addition to the I&J Light & Crispy family

The whole Light & Crispy range is approved by the Heart & Stroke Foundation as part of a balanced healthy eating plan and is unique in that it is the only crumbed fish fillet portion on the market to have this approval; every pack contains the Heat Mark logo.

The range does not contain any artificial ingredients, and is very low in cholesterol. High in protein, low in fat and sodium and packed with nutrients, I&J Light & Crispy offers the family all the goodness of fish with skinless, de-boned fish fillet portions coated in I&J's light and crispy crumb.

There are five variants in the range: Classic, Lemon, Garlic & Parsley, Oak Smoked Haddock and the new Multigrain Crumb: Lime & Coriander flavour, which replaces the Roasted Sweet Pepper variant. All products are available countrywide.
