Vital Health Foods has been leading the health industry in South Africa for 62 years. They have become known for manufacturing all their vitamins under pharmaceutical standards, making them the leader in quality and innovation. 
The leading project in the education category in the Mail & Guardian ‘Investing in the Future Awards', held on the 29 October 2009, was the PEP Student Prince Academy, an initiative of PEP and Social Innovations. This category received the bulk of the entries in this annual corporate social investment awards.
